This was my family’s first time visiting Thailand, and the team at Mercure Bangkok Siam made the arrival unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the welcome was warm, friendly, and full of genuine hospitality. I want to give special recognition to Proud and Ellie on the front desk. They were both brilliant, but Proud deserves an extra mention — she was fantastic with our two young children, instantly putting them at ease after a long journey. Her kindness, patience, and natural way with kids made a huge difference and set such a positive tone for the start of our stay. Check‑in was smooth, efficient, and personal. Proud and Ellie struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, and it truly felt like we were being welcomed into a home rather than just a hotel. A wonderful start to our trip, thanks to a wonderful team. Thank you and see you again soon.

Nice convenient hotel in good location. Breakfast was ok. Room nice and functional. Short walk to MBK and Jim Thompson’s house.

Staff are polite, helpful and friendly. The room is good and clean.

Best hotel stay. Location of hotel was perfectly close to many restaurants and shops. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with a great bed and pillows. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great location

Super clean and modern hotel in a great part of Bangkok for tourists. Staff was friendly and efficient, rooms well laid out and had a cool roof top pool and gym. Right above a 7-Eleven for anything you might need. The only very minor negative was the hotel restaurant, I had breakfast there the morning we were leaving and it was $16 for a regular breakfast buffet! Otherwise, awesome place.
