Wonderful stay at this hotel. Very nice breakfast. Great location

Location is very convenient to the train station and old town. I was not expecting the AC to vent out the window, which faced the main road so it was very loud at night. If you closed the window then you couldn’t have AC. Free coffee in the morning was a plus, as well as having the Coop very close by. Overall the hotel was average.

We stayed in the attic family room for one night . The room was spacious , tidy and had air conditioning! In a nice walkable area.

Great location, easy walk to many interesting places, good food at the hotel restaurant , great overall experience.

Loved our stay at this delightful hotel in an older building in the heart of Zurich. The house restaurant is top-notch—though not a ton of kid friendly options, but it is simply not that type of restaurant. The staff was very helpful.

TV did not have You Tube AppInstalled UNLIKE all our other destinations in Europe. The establishment is a party venue/bar first, and a hotel SECOND. Rooms are located adjacent to busy street. Many nice walkable things to do close to establishment, but everything is EXPENSIVE. For example, a Starbucks venti cold brew is around 13 USD

AC was noisy and you had to open the window to put the return air out so it was useless

All employees/staff we encountered were very accommodating! We got 10% discount when we ate at the restaurant and food was great. A lot of nearby restaurants. Hotel is highly recommended.

Boutique & Art Hotel Helvetia felt like the perfect stop in Zurich. Just a short walk from the train station, with easy access to shopping, cafés, and restaurants, the location made exploring effortless. The hotel absolutely lives up to its name. Art everywhere, full of personality, quirky in the best possible way, and unlike any standard hotel experience. I stayed in one of the attic apartments and honestly did not want to leave my room. It was one of the most unique and memorable hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Looking out over the city at night and seeing the stars from the window felt a little magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. I was only there for one night, but I easily could have stayed longer. This place has character, charm, and a vibe all its own.

Hotel is in older building so has local charm rather than hotel feel. Located in very easy distance to main train station and shopping. Staff was very nice and property clean and good condition. The walls have a bit of wear and tear but nothing that really impacts your staff. Bed and bathroom very clean. We were there for a short stay but if staying longer the bathroom has no storage or anywhere to put things. Bathroom is spacious but no hooks, stools or cabinets. Enjoyed the location.
