All over the place is Great Place to stay & staff are very happy to help out

Inadequate amenities in room but location of hotel very convenient to lots of venues. Lovely friendly receptionist.

Very clean handy location, well maintained facilities

The hotel was located in a great spot, lots of wineries and restaurants in the area. Walking distance too. The hotel is self is clean and our 1 bed apartment was spacious and clean. Only minor issues were: Our toilet wouldn’t flush and I alerted staff but it was never fixed so hubby took it apart & fixed it himself & what I felt was a bit bold & direct is that there were laminated signs reminding us that “ if the linen was used without prior permission it would incur a fee” and if the spare key was lost a $50 fee, cleaning fee $50, Everything seemed to have a fee attached to it, so I was even too worried to use the spare blanket because it was a bit chilly. Or too nervous to spill a crumb off my plate. Or too scared we’d get told off for having light music on during dinner. I guess this was because people do have big parties, leave it in a mess and just leave. Which ruins it for everyone else who do the right thing. Other than that our stay was lovely.

After hours check in was a bit stressful as we we’re not prepared for it , being only 4.30 when we checked emails.

Pool was lovely and the grounds

Clean and tidy. Room Was very comfortable and quiet. The setting was perfect. Out of the city, just the way I like it.

Very easy check-in, friendly service and every amenity we needed.

Great stay! Love it!
