The shower was flooded the toilet didn't flush to well the entrance needs to be clean dirt under the rugs the breakfast area to small the eggs always cold even at 8am and reheated the room nice

Me encantó la ubicación de la estadía, cerca de todas las facilidades necesarias, El cuarto donde nos hospedamos era bonito pero necesitan arreglar lo que está dañado y mejorar el desayuno para los huéspedes.Las cosas estén frescos.

Eveything was great with Vhome except for the air conditioning was not working properly. It was one of the hottest weeks in Sorrento and the owner did come by twice but there was barely any air coming out of the air conditioner unit. The temperature was set to 16 Celsius. Apparently it’s one large unit for all units on the same third floor and if one of rooms out heating function or a patio door is open the AC turns off. We had a hard time sleeping for this reason. We are in Bari now and the AC unit is smaller and works perfectly therefore there was no mistaking the capacity of the Sorrento AC Overall the rest of the staff and stay was great but I would ass about the AC issue before booking!

The host not helpful in explaining how the bath works. Breakfast was good and the lady was kind and hardworking. Room is neat but bathroom needs to be fixed, the bathroom door was damaged and I was not able to fix it so the water flooded on the floor by the toilet when I took a bath.

Please make sure to add to the details that tax is payable only in cash. In 2026 it’s not common to use cash, specially foreign currency as a tourist.

Great location, really central, price amazing. It’s only on one floor so it is small but it’s a fabulous base, really clean, look past the ground floor of building. Has everything you need fresh towels every day, lovely and ample breakfast. Nice staff. Location and price is the winner x

First of all not easy to find because it is tucked away on the backside of a multilevel building. The driveway around it was packed with cars and narrow. I left car with partner to go ip onto 3floor to get assistance with parking as told to me in their email. Door was open , no one there. Found envelope for me and others on a tray. It only had room key but no info where room was and no parking info. Back down -did find hidden elevator -we met a couple staying also who had a number to call . So through them we were told where parking was. The front door of the little B/B ( converted suit) remained wide open , I could not get it to close —not the safest situation—we blocked our door with suitcases. Next morning there was a lady at the desk who said maybe the manager closes the door at night! Breakfast had hot dogs, little strips salami h am cheese bread and coffee and boiled eggs. I noted she washed the dishes in a side little closet like a sideboard. But the rooms were very nice , bed very vomfortable . I now realize the responses to my 3 emails re: the parking were AI generated because they always said ‘we will see what is available when you get here at check in. But there was no checkin untill we left and only because I TOLD the lady at the desk , who also knew nothing about what happened after she left at 2pm. It was a good location to get to the pedestrian area of Sorrento
