Location is so so. Hotel seems to be in the middle of renovations. Walk to the metro was easy and the room was large. Next time will most likely spend more to be at the Clarion at the airport and avoid rolling my luggage on cobblestone, but it's fine for a night before or after a flight

The hotel is in need of an update

It is an extremely worn down hotel. The room was very warm and the bathroom worn down. You can find better place to stay in the same price range.

Hotel was clean. The staff gave vouchers of 75 dkk to compensate for any noise because they were doing construction. We were very pleased with the service at this hotel. We would definitely book here again.

One of THEE worst hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. On my deathbed they'll ask me my greatest regret and I'll say staying a night at The Best Western Plus in Copenhagen, Denmark. There was no climate control in room. I could not cool it down if I wanted to. There was no refrigerator in the room which I NEEDED to keep my insulin cool I had to keep getting ice from the front desk staff. There were like 23 TV channels all in Dutch which I could not speak. Two of the lamp light bulbs were burned out. There was a shoe box size closet to put things away. The mattress was really thin sitting on a springy box mattress. The hotel was no where near any bar/nightlife. I will say the food in the restaurant was very good but there was no free breakfast for paying guests. My advice anyone looking to stay in Copenhagen avoid this hotel like a case of the Clap.

Under renovation. Staff was polite and helpful. But Room have no capability for usb etc. except it will be better when Reno’s are completed

Don't stay here. It's called an airport hotel, but it's far from the airport and transportation to and from the hotel is difficult / expensive. It's a loud neighborhood, there's no AC, tiny bathrooms and uncomfortable matresses. The front desk is unfriendly. The adjacent restaurant was OK but expensive. Can you call yourself an airport hotel when you're a $30 cab ride from the airport?

This best Western is the absolute worst I’ve ever stayed at first of all it’s under renovations and ripping up carpet in the main entrance, and the rooms are just garbage paint coming off the walls and sills. Someone had thrown an egg on the window that was not cleaned off the beds just like sleeping in a hammock with coils sticking in your back horrible would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Do not stay there.

The room was great for the few hours we were there between a layover. The
