The best pillows ever in a hotel the bed was also very comfortable staff were great good choice of food at breakfast the evening menu fish and chips were a bit underwhelming but that really was the only downside

Receptionist checked us nearly and put the two rooms we had booked together.
Rooms were fine enough for a night before a cruise.
Had a meal in the restaurant and it was very nice and reasonably priced for London.
Altogether a good stay and would book again

Plenty of parking on-site.
Check in was quick and easy.
Room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed.
Buffet breakfast was very nice and well stocked.
The bar is reasonably priced and well stocked.
Good, free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.
Thurrock retail park is about 15 minutes walk.

I stay at the Hotel almost every week, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The staff, especially Jolanta, Maria, Natalia, Rasa, and David at breakfast, are like family—always cheerful, 😀welcoming, and make my stays so special. I can’t recommend them enough!
