The hotel has amazing location and rooms were clean, however, we could hear everything both from the hallway and outside and we were woken up multiple times during the night due to our neighbours and people in the hallways.

Lovely hotel ideally located around 5 minutes walk from the Tower, and about 30 minutes from Pisa Centrale Station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, cosy room. What more could you wish for? Highly recommended.

Great location and nice staff at the lobby. Only problem was that the AC was not turned on when we came so it took some hours for the room to be in resonable temperature. Same with the room our friends stayed in.

Front desk attendant was very helpful. Air conditioning definitely works! Close to everything - a quick taxi to the train station. Walkable for sure if you don't mind rolling/carrying bags. It was a very quick stopover for us, but this place was perfect for it!

This hotel is very well situated for the tower (within one minute's walk) and for a walk into the main area of the town and the river. The hotel was clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Lots of restaurants nearby.

We got a room right by the reception and front door. It was very noisy and we could here the next room going to the toilet.
