Overall this hotel was beautiful! Convenient and most of the staff was amazing! The only reason I am giving a 4 Star is because the food was not good. Honestly, neither were the drinks! But, overall safety, comfortability, cleanliness was amazing! The breakfast was not good at all!

It was a wonderful stay! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel's pool is amazingly beautiful. It has a bit uphill distance from Patong beach but the hotel has free shuttle to bring you to Jungceylon Shopping Centre and Patong Beach. The facilities in the hotel are great, they have everything you need: toothbrush, coffee, snacks, and even a microwave to heat up our 7-11 food!

Everything was good just only far from beaches

Highly recommend this place, it has buffet breakfast, two main pools and pool access rooms. Everything was amazing we came here for our honeymoon and stayed at the property for two weeks. The only downside is if you don’t have a car or bike you need to cab it or you can catch the free shuttle bus which is also amazing. Overall a great place and I’d definitely come back again.

The hotel itself is nice, i like the location because its not in the middle of the chaotic part of patong, staff is very friendly and respectful, but the main issue was our room, it was a beautiful room, but the humidity and the smell was unbearable, we did communicate this to the staff but they didn’t change the room, and said they will follow up but didn’t.. unfortunately. Other than that we liked everything but i wouldn’t stay here again because of the humid smell that really bothered us, i guess it was because our room was located in the lowest block of the hotel.

Staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. Only downside was the spa was booked up but that’s not their fault; however, the hospitality was incredible. Will be considering staying here during my next Thailand trip.
