Bom Everything about the hotel was good but the mattress was not comfortable so made it difficult to sleep. Unsure if they do the mattress or it just need replacing. Normally I'm fine with sleeping and have a hard mattress at home but this was solid and felt like it had an indentation from previous guests.

Lovely comfortable stay clean and very comfortable rooms and friendly welcome at reception
Lovely restaurant and meal only constructive feedback is service was slow and had to ask for drinks and was very disappointed to be given the cocktail menu at the end of or meal as would have ordered a cocktail at the beginning

It was an amazing trip and stay. The hotel staff was super helpful and so very kind. The room was perfect for us. We would’ve loved to have had a mini fridge, but that is my only gripe. If we ever go to Brest again I would 100% stay here again.

Has double windows to insulate against street noise. Thermostats are locked, so good luck if you want to change temperature in the room.

Very helpful, friendly staff, who guided us to some excellent restaurants of the kind we wished to visit. Manager was on top of everything, and helped out other staff as needed. He even poured me a glass of Brittany whisky (that was excellent)!
We had difficulties with the electronic lock on our room door, and staff were both helpful and patient is addressing the situation.
