Great property in walking distance to Union St and Chestnut and Marina. Great place if you need secured parking for a car. Heated pool and fully gated enclosed resort-style hotel. As a local I appreciate how rare a hotel with a pool and Cali feel is, right in the city! . If sunny and warm like now, it’s a great reprieve (with the kids) after a bunch of sightseeing and walking. Drinks with friends on the heated patio, and music. Trendy, boutique vibes. Very nice staff and manager Louie. Clean updated rooms. 5-10 minutes by uber or Waymo to everything.

Great experience hotel was older but well maintained rooms were clean and location was convenient for the Marina area, parking was a pain due to holiday weekend but staff were as helpful as they could be in regards to parking issues

Incredibly friendly staff!

Excellent customer service and the staff was the best during 4th of July weekend. Parking is great & safe. Call when you arrive & get there early to secure your spot as it’s limited parking under the hotel rooms. Breakfast was lovely with croissants and pastries, oatmeal, coffee, oj, and other things. Room was clean and neat. A little older looking or outdated, but cute and the water & shower pressure was low. If you have a disability and can’t use stairs call ahead to request a bottom floor room. They have an elevator but there are still other small stairs after the elevator which I didn’t know about. I stayed here for the location - you can walk and grab pizza or take a scooter to the marina. Uber is $10 bucks to fisherman’s wharf. The stay was lovely but jennifer, Chris, and the staff made it amazing for me and my son from LA.

Overall very good. Uberable to all places in SFO. Friendly staff. Only constructive feedback is that the carpets outside(at corridors after you step out of elevators) need to be replaced ASAP.

Great place to stay. We love that it’s pet friendly and close to everything we needed. Friendly staffs and safe parking.

We booked the Family Suite for 4 nights. The listing was misleading, stating that there would be two twin beds. Instead, we got a pull-out day bed for my teenage kids to share. The shower was super tiny, and you needed to bend down to wet the top of your head. The bathroom door latch was ripped out and could not be shut without fear of it falling open. The floors had soft spots and were not level (doors between rooms could not be shut because of this). No HVAC in the second room. The staff was fantastic and tried to accommodate us. We tried a roll-away cot, but ultimately, we decided to cut our stay short and move to a different hotel. It was disappointing.

The property was clean and bright. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The pictures online were photoshopped heavily, making the property look so much better than it was in reality. The pool was visibly dirty and fulled with leaves and debris. In 48 hours never saw any attempt at cleaning it. The breakfast was 100% breads & apples with no protein options. The Family Suite was minimal, with only one chair (no couch as shown in the picture). Of the two twin beds, they were connected side by side, and was broken to the point that we had to pull the mattress off and have that person sleep on the floor for 2 days. On a positive, the staff was friendly and the queen bed & pillows were very comfortable.
