Cozy hotel with good amenities, great location. If you’re tall or large a double bed is not enough for a couple though! Otherwise, lovely stay.

A bit pricey for what it was but centrally located and good for a one night stop over. Hotel was very quiet and check in was easy.

If you need a space to sleep thats not a capsule hotel, this place is perfect. Walking distance to Skytree Mall etc, and the Oshiage station. Basic room and super quiet. Would recommend.

I had a great time in LiVEMAX hotel. The area is awesome, the hotel is right under Tokyo skytree. We could walk across the street to the skytree everyday it was so convenient. The room was pretty basic but the surrounding area was definitely worth it! Would stay again.

The staff was really nice and the room, while small, was really clean and exactly what we needed, to crash after a long day of visiting. We would come back anytime for our next trip to Tokyo

Very small rooms, but you have everything you might need here in this hotel, except for food but , 7/11 few steps away and many restaurants near by....walkable distance to subway station and to Sky Tree tower ...this was my 4th time staying in this hotel ....
