It would be helpful to specify what floor in booking the rooms.

The lobby is very pretty. The rooms are very basic. The ensuite washer dryer unit is great though for convenience. There are quite a few cute bars and restaurants around the area, which is nice.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spaciaous and had everything we needed. We stayed on 20th floor and was still quite noisy from te road noise. Pool area was nice but not used as quite cool in December. Friendly staff. Location not central for sightseeing but suited our needs.

Great room (suite with a living room and bedroom). Breakfast was fine though not a huge variety and staff were mad when I tried to take some toast for my daughter who slept though the meal service.

The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online and on the phone trying to get in touch with Grab. He wasn't able to because their help center is only open during the day and it was after hours, but he did everything he could. Thankfully, the driver returned to the Somerset with my phone.
