Abaixo da média Staff very rude and dismissive. Downgraded the room that I already confirmed and paid for to a smaller, cramped room with less amenities and when we asked staff just told us to “deal with it”. This place doesn’t meet international standards and I would avoid if there are more proven options.

Not very clean. They were unable to provide or call for transportation to the airport. Power went out in my room. Not secure doors. Simple lock. No extra door latch for security so if you are travelling alone female be prepared.

The area is close by to Lotte World and can be reached by bus, about 3 bus stops away. There are convenience stores and coffee houses surrounding the property making it very accessible.
The train station is along Line 9, with escalator and elevator on all exits.

I stayed in the larger room with the bathtub. Rooms weren't very large but were nice and clean. Good location if you're planning on visiting Lotte
