The location was great, between Brandenburg Gate and Check Point Charlie. Hotel rooms look brand new, staff was very helpful.

My stay at The Westin Grand Berlin was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and in an excellent location within walking distance of many of Berlin’s top attractions, including Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island, and Unter den Linden. It also has convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, providing a great place to relax after long days of sightseeing. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with questions or recommendations. One of my favorite parts of the stay was spending time in the lobby lounge—it was the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine before dinner. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin. Highly recommend!

El hotel está ubicado en el centro histórico de la Berlín Oriental; en una locación excelente para aquellos visitantes primerizos en la ciudad que buscan estar en las cercanías de los principales sitios de interés. El hotel cuenta con 400 habitaciones pero nunca se vio atiborrado o con demoras en la espera del ascensor. En nuestro caso, no estaba disponible la habitación que habíamos reservado y recibimos un upgrade a la Grand Diamond Suite; lo cual fue una gratísima sorpresa y agradezco a Henry, quien gentilmente resolvió la situación tan favorablemente para nosotros. Arún por su parte, encargado de la supervisión del personal del piso de nuestra habitación fue extremadamente atento; proactivo y se mantuvo permanentemente preocupado de que todo estuviera perfecto durante nuestra estancia. El gimnasio tiene 1 máquina universal y 6 de cardio. El desayuno es buffet y muy completo con cereales; jugos naturales recién preparados Detox; naranja; pila y manzana; variedad de panes; huevos; quesos; jamones; mermeladas y tocino. Además habían pasteles pequeños y varias alternativas de yogurt. El personal del restaurante de la terraza y del Zentrum fueron muy amables. En síntesis, nos encantó el hotel y Berlín y esperamos regresar otra vez.

The Westin is well located, our room was updated, spacious, very comfortable and clean. The roll on lavender oil gift in lieu of a chocolate in the pillow was a lovely touch.

Central location, great people who will go extra to make sure your stay is not a onetime thing.
