Room was clean apart from that we had to ask for pillows to be changed as stained. Rooms dated but lobby area really nice. Pastries for breakfast a really nice touch.
Near BART, cable cars, trams etc. Nice little hotel close to everything. Only comment I would say is sadly as a whole SF has gone downhill rapidly in the last few years. Although we enjoyed our stay at this hotel we probably won’t be back to be SF area for a while!

The location is great and super close to union square, but I wouldn’t have minded to pay a bit more for a farther but nicer hotel.
