Amazing stay! The room was clean and comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the incredible view of Nagoya. Watching the city lights at night was absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Would happily stay here again!

The snacks in the hotel lounge club aren't quite kid-friendly for a 4-year-old, though the other drinks are quite good. It would be great if you could offer Coke Zero as well.

This hotel occupies the top floors of an office tower and provided me a grand luxurious first impression. My family appreciated an early check in (subject to room availability) and the staff’s friendliness during our stay. The room itself had a wonderful view of the city and the beds were clean and comfortable. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch - much better than the typical drip machine in other hotels. The orientation and placement of the sink in our Superior Triple Room was a bit odd though - it overlooks the sleeping area and provides little counter space for toiletries. Speaking of toiletries, I was hoping that body lotion would be provided at this class of a hotel. Half a star deducted for our specific room that had a large and very apparent black marker stain/ smear on the wall beside the sink that should have been flagged and repaired. Hotel location is great as it’s connected to a subway station via a bridge and there are other transit, shopping and dining options nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend.

I loved this property, will be the hotel to stay at In Nagoya. Three travelers in one room, enough space. Loved the products in the room. Was soo good. Location very convenient when taking the JR rails etc. the staff was very friendly as well.
