The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The room had excellent A/C which was a huge bonus in the July humidity. We received welcome chocolates, pajamas, slippers and pour over coffee in the room. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet compared to other bustling parts of the city. There are multiple dining options within a short walk and a 24/hr supermarket across the street. This hotel feels like a hidden gem

Nice hotel, clean but small rooms. Not that convenient to major locations other than the imperial palace. 30 - 40 mins from most downtown tourist locations.

This hotel was a lovely experience. The standard rooms would have been fine for two people but we felt it might be a little tight so decided to book two rooms. This turned out to be a great idea as we could spread out our luggage (there is no cupboard or drawer space, only hangers. They kindly put us next to each other which was handy. The hotel smells lovely in the lobby which was due to the bath salts that you can make up and use in your bathtub. The bathroom was a generous size. We would love to be back.

Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo, beautiful hotel, rooms are on the smaller side but very smartly designed. I had a fantastic time and would stay there again. The neighborhood is on the calmer side, which is great. Easy access to Ginza and Kinschico (which is less touristic, I recommend getting lost in this area) A lot of great places at a walking distance, easy access to narita airport using the bus and the 24h supermarket right downstairs is great for late night needs. Highly recommend.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless hotel was conveniently located near Shibuya crossing, Disneyland, Tokyo and DisneySea both train and subways were both within walking distance, just a few minutes away.

The rooms are smaller, but have everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and efficient. The breakfast had plenty of variety for any traveler. I would stay here again in the future.

Hotel was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, cafe and grocery across the street that stayed open in the late evening and easy access to metro stations. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if ever I visit Japan again.

It was a comfortable stay and had plenty of options to get to the station. There is a wide range of breakfast options if you want to try breakfast. They provide bath salts which you can use during a soak, to soothe muscles One thing we noticed one day was that they had left our trash full and just left the replacement bags ontop of the bin.
