The Ocean VIEW was amazing! The room huge and spotless with all of the amenities one could want, including pajamas. The spa was awesome. The staff is the nicest! The free shuttle i to town was clutch! The exec lounge was great! Breakfast was great! Love this hotel.

Room is very spacious including a living area and very clean as well. The hotel has a beautiful view of the sea and it also provides free shuttle service to and fro the JR station which is very convenient. Not all the staff can speak good English, especially the front desk. Need some improvement on that aspect. The spa (onsen) is at the sister hotel which is a Japanese style hotel down the hill. The onsen is very special with pearl accent in the hot spring water.

Nice hotel, Clean room, the breakfast buffet was great, but most important we found every staff member very pleasant. The staff went out of their way to help with anything you asked.

The room is spacious and clean, with many designs dedicated for the ease of stay which we like a lot. Breakfast wise is good selection with theme of seafood in the Toba region. Onsen is the best part of this stay as this might be the only region you may find the pearl theme onsen with many good quality skin products free for use. Overall a very satisfying stay here, will definitely come back again next time!

Fantastic staff. Room was phenomenal. Spa was wonderful according to my wife. View was amazing. Breakfast buffet was one of the best on my trip.

Fantástico
Great staffs, clean rooms. The cakes at the cafe were delicious too. Too bad we already booked our meals elsewhere, will definitely try out their breakfast and dinner next time.

What impressed me the most is the staff. Their service is superb and better than most of the five-star hotels that I have stayed in Tokyo! Breakfast buffet is great with tons of choices. Scenery surrounding the hotel is beautiful.
