The hotel is ideally placed for Victoria Station. The staff are extremely helpful

Air conditioning in the whole building which is not advertised, 24 hrs complementary coffee at the lobby, free upgrade to a nicer and bigger room. Location is perfect just one block from the Victoria station. Easy to find the hotel. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace and the river bank. The only consideration would be the price of the hotel. It’s really pricey as compared to the hotel in other locations. We need to stay closer to the station because our flight from Gatwick is really early. There’s a direct express train from Victoria station to Gatwick in 1/2 hours. And our coach from Winchester is also arrived at this location making it ideal for an overnight stay.

The hotel was an 8-minute walking distance to the Victoria Underground, which was perfect. There is a pub up the street if you are interested, and lots of restaurant options around as well. It's quiet enough at night, and even though the train station is directly across the street, you barely hear it.

Excellent location a few minutes walk from Victoria Coach Station. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Family room, double bed and 2 singles. Big enough for 4 people. Room and bathroom very clean. Good breakfast choices.

Very clean, very convenient location (close to central train and bus stations, and other public transportations). Shopping mall was also nearby. Very friendly staff. WiFi and air conditioning were both good. The room type I had was kind of small, no refrigerator, needed to walk up one floor up.
