Hotel looks really tired. Admittedly, it is budget, but I wish I’d booked early enough to stay at the Ibis across the road, as they are much cleaner. Hotel smelled really bad, foisty/mouldy cleaning products and a really strong smell of smoke. Room felt damp and floors were sticky. Barely any interaction with staff, but staff friendly and pleasant when we did speak to them. No draught excluder under the badly fitting room door, so the whole room lit up when the light in the corridor kept coming on through the night. Walls and ceilings/floors paper thin and could hear every slight movement and noise from upstairs. Overall, it is in the higher end price bracket of “budget” and I wish I’d spent my money elsewhere.

Everything is fine, just a bit disappointed that the machine for water drinks and coffee doesn’t work and there is no place open to buy a bottle of water

A small but sufficient room with a capsule bathroom. It was clean, well decorated and comfortable, and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the continental buffet breakfast was enjoyable.

Easy walk to the old downtown if you want to save money. The whole area is very safe so you can arrive as late as you want. Only on my way out I used an uber. I don’t think there’s a lot. Also just buses by the hour if you don’t want to walk.

The place was nice, but the room smelled of cigarettes when we entered, which we didn't appreciate.

Convenient location and good hotel for a short stay. Bathroom extremely small with no basic amenities (soap, shower gel, hair dryer). Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet.

Both The day time receptionists were delightful. Great customer care, and very informative. Thank you
