Overall, our stay was disappointing.
The rooms were far too warm because there was no air conditioning, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
We also had a poor experience when the elevator to the parking garage was out of service. We asked for assistance getting our luggage to the car, but no help was available.
Considering the price, we expected a much higher standard. The rooms were quite basic and did not offer good value for the money. Unfortunately, we do not feel the hotel lives up to its price point.
