Central hotel, but very small rooms

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hamamatsucho Daimon is conveniently located away from the super touristy areas but since it is located near Daimon station it is a quick train ride to wherever you wan to go. The hotel is clean and the staff are top notch. I got the breakfast in the hotel which was a great way to start the day.

A small but excellent hotel. The staff was helpful, kind, and patient with our language barrier. The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood, that was a short walk to the train stations to get back into the bustle of downtown Tokyo. Nearby was a beautiful temple district. The breakfast room was comfortable, the food was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed meeting other travelers while enjoying our breakfast every morning.

Breakfast was traditional Japanese. I would have preferred more western options. AC room was good

This hotel was very accessible to everything . 99% of the staff was helpful and kind. Except for the one skinny girl who looks like an iceberg with very limited language skills. I’ve checked out of my room but I had started a laundry on the 2nd floor. She told me not to take the elevator back to the lobby when I was done, so she asked me to use those cold and unsafe cement steps that were not even connected to the lobby. This skinny with ZERO personality should not be in contact with the public . So once I retrieved my laundry after asking to others for help, she spotted me and started saying something about me and laughed. The other staff member were great. I have her picture 😂😂

Hotel is perfectly located and is very affordable for what room you are paying for. I enjoyed my stay and the next time I come back to Japan I will stay here. Very Satisfied with my stay.
