Wonderful value with attentive staff. Clean room.

This hotel is in a great location, a short distance from attractions and has a great variety of food places near by. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms were a decent size and clean. Our Air conditioner didn’t work the first day we arrived, although the room has a window, it has no fly screen, so bugs could come in and could get quite loud at night. They managed to turn on the air conditioner, when we enquired about it the next day, as the rooms get quite hot without Aircon. Unfortunately, not the best experiences with staff, we didn’t feel very welcome, especially when we enquired about the Air conditioner and they had to come to our room to turn it on, or when we had to wake them up from their nap to answer a question about the room, it definitely left us feeling uncomfortable and awkward. The air conditioner also started leaking. Over all it wasn’t a bad hotel. If you are looking for a short stay in an ideal location and are not bothered with air conditioning, then this is a good fit.

Lovely staff and room but there were a few things that made our stay difficult. Temperature was 25 degree in the room and the AC was not functioning. When we told the staff, they said the AC only starts working in May (we were there mid-April)..They told us to open the windows. We did but then it was so loud and mosquitos came in. We did not sleep well at all. And then the washer stopped functioning mid-cycle... The staff said sorry and that was it.. We had to leave with an heavy bag of wet clothes. But other than that, the hotel is nice and nicely located.

It wasn’t the worst but isn’t the nicest stay. Definitely in the “okay” range. It comes with minimal amenities. There are some cosmetic repairs needed. The hallway had a mild odor. They don’t turn on AC until May. The room got really hot at night. They gave a fan to help with this. Location is great.

everything was excellent. room and bathroom were large and spacious. everything was better than expected. highly recommended.

I like how they gave us a converter plug in the room. I didn't like how the AC in our room didn't work and how the bathroom doesn't have curtain when you shower. Water just splatter out.
