The room was advertised as a family room and we said we were 2 adults and two children we felt the additional single bed make the room two small

Small room but that’s the case for all hotels in Singapore. The location was excellent, this hotel is an excellent affordable accommodation option in Singapore

The laundry facilities on the third floor seemed to be closed during my stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Its location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants and malls. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I requested an extra towel, and they delivered it promptly. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.

More than adequate facilities. Breakfast was varied with some changes every day.
Room could do with a second luggage rack.
We loved the access to cold water machine on each floor. Hand towel in bathroom needed.
Air conditioning worked well given the climate.
Room was quiet.
