We arrived late due to flight delays, but it caused no issues at the hotel. Front desk gentleman was super nice and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only minor complaint would be that the toilet made a constant running noise, like it would not stop filling. Luckily the sliding door was thick enough to drown it out. Check out was seamless. Purchased snacks from the Noshery- prices were extremely inflated- in line with how other hotels will overcharge for sure, but still, just too high, being honest. Had a nice breakfast at Burnham. Valet staff assisted with getting us a ride to the airport, as taxis don't seem to be common in the downtown area. Ride was on time and charged us a very fair rate. I had a question from a charge after returning home, called the hotel and the gentleman was extremely helpful in clearing up my confusion. Turned out to not be am issue. All in all, a very good experience.

We had a corner room on 30th floor view was beautiful at night great place and had a nice time

The room was super clean & the bed was comfortable.

We stayed June 13th just one night . There were a few weddings there I believe that night . Around the property and our room Looked like it the hotel was built last week everything was nice and well maintained and clean .The front revolving door was not working on a busy weekend that was A bit of a struggle I think for everyone. It was a little bit pricey. You might call it nitpicking but everything otherwise those minor things our stay was fantastic. Especially the young lady at front desk I Wish I would have remembered her name she was a light skinned girl in her 20s. She was a delight and very helpful. 4 out of 4 stars for sure. Sorry for the grammar errors I was talking texting. thanks robert

Clean

Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Best Hilton we’ve ever stayed at!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Amazing city views both day and night. Very helpful and informative staff. Very clean and organized as well. Plenty of opportunities for mini photo opportunities. Plenty of areas to relax and unwind.

Amazing staff, from check in, housekeeping, to the restaurant staff - everyone was super helpful. Especially want to give a shout out to Ryan from the restaurant and Floyd who graciously helped us with our bags and kept them safe until our room was available. Floyd gave us great advice on sight seeing in the area and history of the city. Ryan was personable and had great energy. These experiences really made it an even more special trip for us, we felt welcomed and at home. We’ll definitely be back to Cleveland and stay at this specific hotel.

The room and staff were excellent! We definitely wanna come back!
