Arrived at night and the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but, upon getting checked in and hearing the sound of the water, everything was all good. Room was very nice. We had room #7 and you stepped out of the door and you were literally like 10 feet away from the beach - couldn't have been happier. Nice high ceiling with a ceiling fan. Fridge and two burners to cook if you needed/wanted to and also a microwave. Great location - a 10 minute walk to so many different restaurants and bars (if you're a beer guy like myself, definitely check out Dinghy Dock Sailors Bar for the best craft beer selection and great good). Staff was good. Only thing I felt was missing - would be nice if the room had a coffee maker.

This is a spectacular spot right on the beach, beach chairs /umbrellas/and beach towels all provided. The super clean rooms are tidied daily by excellent staff and super warm welcoming owners. The location is fantastic location close to restaurants. We had the deluxe garden room for the three of us and 4 would be comfortable. The parking is super tricky because the spots are tight but if you want to relax and just enjoy don't get a rental car, because this spot is so close to the airport. The neighborhood is safe and walkable even later in the evening, with a grocery store a min down the street for drinks, some snacks and fruit. Best vacation in a while.

The room was very clean but the beach was amazing. Soft sand and beautiful views. We sat on the beach chairs under the umbrellas for hours. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The room was cleaned the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming . My family and I will be back .

Loved the location, perfect spot in Simpson Bay. The beach is gorgeous. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again.

The entrance through the courtyard was so beautiful, there was a little pond area with about 14 tortoises. The owner was kind enough to give us an early check in with upgrade since our room wasnt ready. The room we got was beautiful and fairly spacious with a back door leading straight to the beach. The bed and bed linens were the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. The whole property was gorgeous, friendly staff and perfect location. Look forward to going back, we had the most perfect stay.

Ideal location, right on the beach. Close to the downtown area of stores and restaurants. Air conditioned, room service every day, fridge and hot plates to prepare meals. Also, close to the airport.

Property was nice and well kept. The location on the beach was fantastic. Mike the owner was helpful and offered great suggestions on things to do and places to eat. We had a great stay.
