Excellent location and breakfast included was great

We stayed at this hotel two years ago during our last stay in Florence and returned again this year. This hotel is in a perfect location in the heart of Florence and is a beautiful hotel. We were very comfortable with air-conditioned rooms and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts.

Our stay was impeccable. So clean, so modern, and very comfortably luxurious. Breakfast staff was attentive and remembered our coffee orders each morning. Bar staff was helpful and friendly, and the front desk was attentive and thorough. We used the laundry service and it was fast. Room was well furnished, and well kept each day.

Excellent. SO much space. We booked a family suite on our 12 day Italy vacation and only spent one night in Florence but loved this hotel the most. The space is HUGE and breakfast is included and yummy!! Highly recommend!!

Special thanks for staff who helped prepare a lovely surprise for my wife Elena on her first anniversary.

A quiet oasis in a busy city. Splendid!

The garden view room , which we were told was the last one! had a view of a hedge from the window and little else, the white walls were all marked. The air-con in the room wasn’t working so we were begrudgingly moved to another which was bigger and better. We just felt the hotel wasn’t particularly welcoming, there was nothing particularly wrong with the hotel but it wan’t warm and welcoming and not a place we would ever stay again

Wonderful property. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, helpful staff and great breakfast

Great location - immediately opposite the train station, and walkable to all major attractions in the city centre, including the museums and historic houses. Buffet breakfast was a good spread, with optional paid extras available from the menu. Gluten free cereal, bread and pastries (each packaged separately) are available on request. We did not use many of the other facilities so cannot comment. The hotel and its rooms are a little aged, but perfectly functional, and the location compensates for it. Staff were all polite and helpful, as expected. The hotel Is just inside the ZTL, so car parking is a little expensive because the fee includes ZTL registration (so you should not get fined for loading/unloading luggage in the ZTL). Just one warning - the entrance to the car parking is in the hotel facade and is tight, so if you drive a wide car (large SUV, or maybe an estate) be VERY careful - you have to come in perpendicular to the hotel facade and NOT at any lesser angle. Apart from that, enjoy your stay!
