Overall the room was good and the location was very convenient. Staff were great. Our room was not completely cleaned while there, with rubbish left in the bathroom bin and bed unmade. We were expecting a clean every second day, but it wasn't up to standard unfortunately. The wifi was weak/slow.

The kitchen was set up for a 6 foot person as the microwave was so high I at 5 foot 2 couldn’t reach the controls and other dishes were so high up as to be unsafe to reach. There was no dishwasher tablets available for our use and the light over the kitchen area had blown.

We were not told that special arrangements needed to be made if you were planning on arriving after 7:30pm, which had us standing out on the footpath for half an hour. The TV was not connected to any channels. There was a spillage in one of the bedrooms that hadn’t been cleaned up properly.

I needed a place to stay overnight before catching the Bluebridge ferry the next day. Quest gave me a great apartment to relax in and clean up. Very friendly and nice front desk staff, too.
It wasn’t listed in the amenities, but the apartment even included a washer and dryer, with soap provided—which I definitely took advantage of! The dryer was taking a long time, so I ended up using the drying rack also provided to let things dry overnight. Meanwhile, I chilled out enjoying speedy internet.
Honestly, I could have lived there for a month! But had the ferry to catch the next day, which was a very reasonable walk from the apartment. 10/10, would stay again.
