The location is best, next to the Nagoya station and everything is within walking destance. But if you leave the room in the afternoon, they don”t clean up the room. When I came back to the room there was the sigh saying “ they visit the room but there was the disturb sigh. If you want cleaning service, call this before 3. The sigh wasn’t there when we were leaving the room. One more thing, using the phone in the room to call outide, it had not reached, but it was charged.

Staff at check-in counter are cheerful and very helpful. The hotel is well maintained and the room is clean and neat. The only drawback is you can hear the sound of trains passed by the railways at night.

The staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was brilliant. The coffee was superb and probably the best coffee I've had in Japan. There is a range of great regional Japanese fare as well as salad bar, fruit, pastries. The hotel location is central and there's lots of restaurants in the same building in the Tower.
