Well located , closed to trevi fountain Breakfast option was good Staff was fired my and helpful Our room was very small for 4 people, mattress hard. Not sure it was really a junior suite. The place was recently renovated but wasn’t done properly.

Hôtel situé dans un emplacement idéal. Chambre au 3e étage tranquille et assez spacieuse pour une famille de 4. La chambre bien que confortable et propre aurait eu besoin d’un rafraîchissement.

Property was in great location to Trevi Fountain but was packed with tourist. Staff was very helpful. Decent room but showered head did not work, needed to ask to have a/c put up.. bed was ok.

We stayed in the master suite and it was very spacious and about 100 yards from Trevi Fountain. I wish I had a longer stay. The suite would have been very convenient and comfortable to stay in for a week.

Was shown we had a duplex presidential suite that slept 5 adults. When we arrived it was one floor with only one bedroom and a pull out couch. They rolled in a cot. The garbage and cleaning equipment were all over the door front. Air conditioning was broken, had to have maintenance bring in 2 fans. They wouldn’t add another room. Slept on top of each other.

I preface this with our flight was cancelled so we had to stay an extra night in Rome and our really nice hotel was booked. Considering the reviews on this one, it wasn’t as bad as expected. However the hallways are very dark and hot, rooms are really outdated and smell like disinfectant. Beds super hard and sheets smell like moth balls. It was all dealable until the morning when we had zero hot water. Like not even lukewarm. I’m talking freezing. In a pinch it was fine but should have been 1/3 the price at best.

Great Location, many fabulous restaurants nearby. staff were friendly and courteous. Room was spacious. However, to be honest, it was a little too gruggie and probably in need of a deep clean or a paint makeover. Otherwise fine.

Great location and walkable to most attractions with the Trevi fountain 50 meters away. Breakfast options were very limited with scrambled eggs the only option.
