The worst hotel I ever stayed! Most amenities are very out dated, Musty smell in the room and poor ventilation, feeling suffocated. Towels are dirty with stains.

The people there are helpful. Do note that the cafe is vegetarian. The hotel had its heyday and its infrastructure need some upgrading. Else, it is comfortable.

Convenient, checking in is fast and reasonable price considering being in the island part of Penang. Lift is rather slow, crowded morning buffet breakfast and parking ticket not working even after validation, have to make way to the front desk again and again.
