Kindly see the important guest reminders below for your references.

• Upon check-in, kindly present your valid ID for registration including the guest companion.

• The hotel will be implementing a strictly NO-SMOKING policy in all rooms and public areas. We have provided a designated smoking area in the hotel. A maximum of PHP 10,000 smoking penalty is imposed for violators.

• Strictly no moving and joining of beds as well as furniture inside the room. Charge of 

PHP 2,000 may apply.

• Check in time – 15:00 hours, check out time – 12:00 hours 

• For early check-in from 6:00 AM – 12:00 NN, there will be a charge of PHP 1,000 and subject to room availability.

• Front desk will collect an amount of PHP 2,000 for security deposit but will be refunded upon check-out for cash deposit. For card deposit applicable to credit card only, hotel will pre-authorized the said amount and refund will take maximum of 14-15 banking days depends on your authorized bank.

• Avoid bringing of strong smelling foods like kimchi, durian, dried fish etc.

• For room upgrade to other room categories such as Executive Room, Deluxe Premiere and Luxury Suite you may approach the front desk for assistance.

• For wedding dress-up, outside food/crew meal a corkage fee is imposed amounting 

PHP 1,000/room.
