My son and I were delighted to return to your hotel after looking forward to the trip for months. I could not believe that when we walked into reception, Marvel immediately recognized us! In that moment, I truly felt like I was home.
Even though our stay unexpectedly coincided with the start of the regional conflict, your staff remained calm, professional, and kind throughout. While there were moments of uncertainty, the combination of Hilton’s hospitality and the UAE’s protection created a real sense of safety and comfort for us during a frightening time.
Lava at reception was incredibly helpful and reassuring as circumstances constantly changed. Grace in the restaurant was truly an angel — checking on me when I was sick and always offering a smile and kind words during stressful moments. Subin also remembered my son and me immediately, and he was wonderful throughout our stay. My son thinks he is awesome! We would also like to thank Ganjaji for helping make our stay memorable.
