The overall property is very impressive; however, the guest rooms require more attention and maintenance. Fixtures such as curtains, door handles, wardrobes, and soap dispenser stands need critical care and improvement.
On a positive note, the restaurant staff and food were outstanding and truly the highlight of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. I would like to especially mention the warm welcome extended by your restaurant manager, Vikram, who is extremely polite and humble. Vaishali prepared and served the best tea we had during our trip. Chef Sainath and his team were excellent—courteous and helpful in preparing and serving delicious food, along with great recommendations. Server Valmik also did an excellent job.
