Fantástico This place gets high marks for location, friendly staff and room size. We traveled with 2 teens and were able to spread out in our 2-bedroom suite. The kitchen was well-equipped. The lake views were stunning. This hotel was a fantastic value.

The room needed dusting and wiped down. A few spiders noticed and the sofa bed needed to be changed to something more comfortable.

Great location, clean, quiet, safe area. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, nice having a kitchen area. Only complaint is the elevators- there are two and they are small. On weekend mornings, it could take a couple passes to be able to get in.

Nice comfortable accommodation and for us in good walkable distance for where we were wanting to be/go to sightsee. Although we’d walk regardless, there was bus’s close by, cabs available and trains (walkable to get to).
Kitchen area, sleeping & living area and bathroom area, all good sized.
Breakfast option a nice addition, 3 cooked options each day (a meat (sausage, patty, bacon), egg/cheese & cubed potatoes) - bread/bagels (toaster available) - fresh fruit - cereal - yogurt. Fruit juice and option of hot drink via drinks station in reception.
Small shop area at reception for snacks/drinks. Hot drink area.
Clean, comfortable, reception always staffed.
Had no requirement for valet parking nor laundry. But you could see the valets were always busy.
Think that’s it.
