Friendly staff

Room is NOT what is pictured. Had a cockroach in the room. Toilet is disgustingly dirty,showers,walls. Everything is NOT what it’s shown on the photo. Very misleading. I would NEVER come back to that Place. To pay $300 for that was 110% not worth it at all. Better off paying extra 200 and getting a nice clean room at a normal hotel

Fantastic location for Milano. 2 minutes from Duano Milano. Great places for breakfast and dinner nearby. Air-conditioning is very welcome as is the good room service. The only criticism is the sealant around the shower try needs replacing.

Location unbelievable, clean, perfect for two people traveling, food right across the street, walking distance from main attractions

The property is good and clean very well located. There is construction next door which makes the place not recommended if someone wants to sleep late. Otherwise Perfect

The location of this property was the only thing it had going for it. Know before you rent here it is not a hotel. They have no check in desk. The door to access this place is pretty hidden. Once you find it you are greeted by a rude man who runs other rooms for rent that enter through the same door. You have to call over an intercom to get a hold of someone to let you in. They tell you wait inside by the elevator but the other rude man won't let. Than to get to the elevator you have to walk up a flight of stairs. The elevator only holds 1 person and 1 piece of luggage. Once in the room the shower was covered in mold (it didn't just show up and has been growing for months if not years). There was dust everywhere. I dropped my eye mask and when I picked it up it looked like a science project. I cannot honestly come up with one good thing to say about this place, except maybe the location. They tell you they have housekeeping but we left our make up room card out, left the room for 18 hours and it was never touched. We came back to our room around 11:00 pm last night, as we walking through the door some guy screamed at us to close the door. We told him to give us a chance to get in. We left at 6:00 am today and he chased us out yelling where is the key. Which is a key card, I told him I left it in the room. He just walked away. Stay as far away as you can from this place. I feel totally ripped off. It is like being 20 years old and staying in a hostile.

The location is very good if you want to be close to the duomo. But that’s about it… the room wasn’t clean, marks everywhere, tap was dirty, there were flies and some bugs in the room. But again, location was RIGHT NEXT to the duomo and very central so that was very convenient.
