Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, close to transport links to get you around the city. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast selection was fresh and plentiful, ,

The staff was very helpful. The restaurant has a nice buffet breakfast and serves a nice dinner. Our room was not comfortable. The room was ready for an upgrade and update.

Average hotel on the outskirts of Milan, room is large and came with two small double beds, lack of plug outlets near the beds was disappointing. Gym is very old equipment, sauna ok but have to ask staff to turn it on for you. Overall value for money is ok if you are easy going and happy to travel 45 mins on public transport into central Milan everyday

Can we please return to using unscented detergent for clothes and unscented cleaning products. The cleaning staff have modified their products and this will not help anyone with allergies, respiratory issues or sensitivities.

Hotel is good enough, rooms need to be renovated especially the carpets, all hotel is far from the City Center but there’s a lot of ground transportation to go around

Cosmo Hotel Palace from 14-16th April 2026. Overall experience was disappointing. Lifts were extremely slow, 2 out of 3 not working, causing major disruption, especially while travelling with two young children. Service at checkout was also poor, requested help with luggage but was left to manage eight bags and a stroller alone. From outside building looks good, lobby looks good but the rooms are dated and smelly. For a hotel of this level, the experience felt unprofessional and below expected standards. I spoke to hotel for a potential refund and they straight away refused.

Very nice hotel and well priced. Parking was included in the rate and buffet breakfast was available for a fee. Pleasant Stay.
