breakfast was delicious. The pool was relaxing but the hot tub didn't work. it was just part of the pool. The surrounding area was kinda dirty but the property itself was very nice. The beach was nice but kinda dirty too. I was splashing in the ocean and some plastic bags and other debris washed up to me. Tourists need to stop littering.

Breakfast spread was quite good! Staff is very friendly. The location of the hotel is also quite good - near to Night Market and many shopping, food, and spa options!

Such wonderful staff at this hotel. Welcoming, friendly, helpful. Good breakfast and good location for trips, restaurants and beach. Doesn’t have own beach but you can use other hotels sections if you buy drink/food. Good airport shuttle service. Very elegant hotel with large rooms. Predominantly Russian clientele. Nice pool.

Great location. Great staff at the front desk, especially Tracy. Very helpful and honest. I was looking for a hairdresser, and Tracy recommended her salon, which was superb. Breakfast was good. Tracy Helped us book our flights to Can Tho, with the site being in Viet and wasn't translating. They organized our island tour. Seamless process. Shuttle back to airport. Would recommend this property.
