整體來說還算不錯，人員都很親切，就是幾個小地方還有改進空間
一個是房間地板走起來不平且很多聲音，房間的沙發太軟，軟到無法坐
另一個是櫃台人員有一點小粗心，我入住的時候要我補簽信用卡簽單，後來我才發現根本拿錯了，卡號金額都不對

Bom Hair in the bathtub. Staff couldn’t find my reservation with my hotel.com number. And won’t check for me. Then ask myself to call and check with hotel.com. While I was trying to contact hotel.com, luckily another staff came and checked for me, and found my reservation in like 3 seconds. Pretty obvious the first staff didn’t even check for me. And please note, the check in time is 6pm, which I didn’t look carefully when I booked it and paid extra to check in earlier, which is fine, it was my problem.

Bom 雙人房是兩張單人床拼的，有高低差。
入住時房間還有煙味。冷氣無法調溫，非常的冷。優點，服務人員態度良好，地點離鬧區近，方便。

隔音超差，服務態度超差，馬桶壞掉，要求要換房，態度很不耐煩。地板還裸空，走路會發出聲音。樓上樓下都聽得道吵鬧聲

飯店距離瑞豊夜市不算遠，但是房間裏面的沙發是壞的，燈光也偏暗，感覺設施都舊舊的，住起來的感覺不是太舒服！不過價錢跟周邊的飯店比起來相對算是低的，如果對整體的環境不是太要求的話，這個價錢也算是物有所值了！
