Old outdated hotel. Rooms were very average. I was transferred to another room on the 06th floor on the last night of my stay as the aircon compressor spoiled. Saw 2 small cockroaches in the previous room as I was packing my stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly though. The coffee house closes earlier than scheduled. Construction going on the beach area. Most of the road side stalls were closed most of the time. Best to stay near town or jonker street area where there are more amenities, malls, food, etc and much better hotels.

The property needs maintenance. We changed room 3 times before we got a proper room: the first two rooms didn’t have hot water and the third one had electrical issues. However the staff was very kind and upgraded and helpful. Beach front hotel, beautiful view, however we can’t swim (crocodiles).

This hotel simple and convenient..good staff espacially security guard this hotel..nice and helping visitor..my door not proper lock from my son when he last go out..security guy call my handphone to check my room if any missing goods..thanks to allah..all ok..just park your car..and need walk to find your need like food..rest and relax..no need rush to explore anything..pointer 10/10..
