Clean room, nice staff, breakfast room is small and crowded. Close to the attractions. Only dislike is that you have to pay for parking daily $20! Guest should have complimentary parking.

The only thing that keeps me from giving this a 5-tar review was the check-in process. In fairness we did arrive 3 hours early. I went to check-in on the off chance that my room was ready, but was told it would not be ready until the 4:00 check-in time. There was no offer to give me a call or anything else when the room was actually ready. We went to the falls which we were there for anyway, and cam back at about 3:15. I check again on the room, and was again told that it was not ready. We took a seat near the front desk and waited for 4:00 during which time we witnessed multiple other customers get checked-in. At 4:00 I went back to the desk and they checked on the state of our room fining that it was not quite ready, but this time the front desk staff told the housekeeping to make it ready ASAP as we had been patiently waiting for a long time. Once we were in, the room was very clean, they beds comfortable, basically as expected. The only issue with the room was that the front door was very difficult to open and close. After a good night's rest, we were ready for breakfast right at 7:00 AM when it started. Breakfast was OK, with the usual waffles, pre-made omelettes, and sausage links. There was also a variety of yogurt, fruit, and cold cereal. It was rather busy and crowded, but good just the same. Parking was quite full, but there was adequate space.

I was not happy with the breakfast. The breakfast room was small to many people no tables to sit. Breakfast nothing good.

Though newly renovated, you are bound to notice the inconsistencies of the property as a whole. The room we were assigned to was located at the neighbouring apartment-style building, which was a bit inconvenient as we had luggage and had no use but to use the stairs to reach our room. We had a hard time opening and closing the bathroom door as it was not properly aligned to its frame. The shower door also did not close and slid open. You can imagine how difficult that is when in use. The sheets also did not seem very clean. Thankfully, we brought our own sheets just in case. The saving grace of this hotel is its location as it is close to Clifton Hill and the friendly, accommodating staff. Shout out to the staff that manned the breakfast room on their own who diligently replenished the serving trays with food for the guests. I don't think they stopped checking, going back and forth to make sure everything was organized and clean.

Great value for the price! The hotel is clean, and the interior rooms are much nicer and cleaner than the exterior motel-style rooms. Breakfast is good, but the dining area is very small, making it hard to find a table for a family. The location is excellent—just minutes from Clifton Hill and most Niagara Falls attractions, so you can park your car at the hotel and walk almost everywhere. I’d definitely stay here again if I decided to stay in Niagara in the summer season.

Fantastic location and friendly staff. Rooms and common areas were clean. I forgot to mention that the shower head looked like it was almost coming out of the wall in room 505, so hopefully that will be fixed. Granddaughter’s room #502 couldn’t connect to wifi and she said shower water never got hot. The price was ok and mostly enjoyed staying overall.
