Disgusting. Dirty inside and outside. Damp, smelly, plaster coming off the walls. Hair in the bedding. No bath or shower you had to hose yourself down in a dry bath. Checked in and then straight out. Booked a hotel elsewhere. Hotel.com not helpful with my complaint
