There are a lot of bugs , cockroaches at night . No hairdryer in room , no gym room … When we got problem (clogged toilet) security guys didn’t help and blamed us did something wrong

The room was not clean. The lockbox in the room was broken and the a/c did not work well. The location was great and the staff were helpful. The pool was nice as well. I would choose to stay somewhere else if I return to Da Nang.

Better customer service at front desk. The employees were always on their phones when I was going to ask a question. Out of the 3 nights I stayed; I only had hot water once. I don’t get room service everyday. I only got it once. It would have been nice to get fresh towels at least each day. Also, pictures posted on the hotel elevator state they have a gym. They don’t have a gym.

The room is clean and comfortable, it just need a total refurbishment to the property. The location is accessible to restaurants and convenient stores.
