Extremely budget.,, first and last time there. I showered in cold water the first day and today there was hot water. Bed was clean and comfortable, but that’s all I can say for it. Interaction with staff was friendly also.
Room was dark and dismal in the basement. I guess I need to pay more in London!

Fixtures in the shower unit were broken. There was never any hot water in the mornings and I did not get clean towel service once I had to ask for it. Would never stay there again and would never recommend it to anyone.

The Enrico was a fantastic little hotel, in a great location. Will definitely use it again, when I visit London again. My only issue was the cold water taps didn’t work as well as the hot water.

Great location. Poor facility. Never know when you get hot water in shower... hit and miss. Ventilation is poor as air flow is poor. Bed is a spring bed and difficult for two people to sleep. Noise from people speaking adjoining rooms can disturb your sleep. The night before marathon race day was horrible with loud neighbour that kept talking until 1am.
