Our stay here was exceptional!!! Vera was an amazing host and made our stay so wonderful! The room is spectacular and the breakfast was fantastic!! Location was perfect and close to everything! We loved our stay at Il Giardino Segreto. The location was very central but very peaceful, and we had a beautiful terrace where we could relax in the afternoons, We had the Pomegranate room, which was very comfortable, especially the bed, and a fabulous bathroom. Vera, the host, could not have been more helpful. We did not get to meet Antonio. We liked that the breakfast table was shared so we could talk to other guests. Breakfast was simple, but delicious. There are 30 - 40 stairs to all three rooms and this is pointed out on the host's website, but Expedia needs to make this more clear (all floors, not just upper floors are accessible by stairs only) so that people with mobility problems know before booking. All in all, by far the nicest place we stayed on our three week trip to London and Italy. Thank you, Vera, we will recommend you to our friends and family.

A very well maintained property steps from the square. Centrally located to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and it smelled clean. The owner Vera makes you breakfast and serves you homemade jams from her orchard.

Our room was excellent. Spacious, comfortable, large bathroom, meticulously clean. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. Vera, the owner, was a charm. Know the best places to eat and how to get around. 3 blocks from train station, 2 blocks into center of town. For the money, unbeatable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Easy ferry to Positano, Amalfi and Capri. Don't miss Pompeii......a wonder of the world. Get a tour guide, ours was excellent. Ciao.

Vera was a delightful host. Her personal touches were obviously a labour of love and really went above and beyond for our guest experience. The home is very centrally located and secure behind a locked gate. While it was up 2/3 flights of stairs from the main street, the view from the balconies in the room was exceptional. Despite the central location it was very quiet in the room. The wifi wasn’t strong, which probably added to our relaxing experience. The bathroom was very clean and well organised, and the shower was pleasant. Breakfast was an absolute highlight with handmade preserves and a homey shared table with other B&B guests. Would recommend.

This is a little gem of a guest house, tucked away right in the heart of Sorrento. Vera is the most charming and helpful host, and her home-made brioche at breakfast is to die for! The rooms are spacious, airy and beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend!
