We booked for 3 rooms and ask whether can cancel one of the room and get a refund, they said yes but not in cash. They will write in to Hotel.com for the refund. Lastly, they told us we unable to get a refund because they decided to follow the terms and condition.

When walk in the room feel smelly, cupboard freezer bathroom everything is very old...air cond functioning no good. Next time I won't choose this hotel again.

The hotel is very old already, about 40+ years. It'll need a lot of upgrades. Room size is just OK. It looks clean but everything being old doesn't help in feeling comfortable. The WC wasn't working properly. Corridors to the room was dark and smelly.
The good points is the location. When getting out of the hotel, to the left is Kim Yong market and Hatyai Plaza Centre. To the right would be Lee Garden and night Market. The train station is within walking distance as well. Lots of food around the area too.

Rooms are old, whereas lobby and hotel front looks better. Free wiki only available in hotel lobby.
