A great place for kids as there is a lot of rides to play. A quite place for relaxing too

Where can I start?! To get there it’s on a diet track. To check in they had no info on the booking and when they found it they told us only 2 people per room - we had 3 rooms for 9 people! At check you get many tickets all different colours for different activities. If you don’t have your tickets you cannot do anything! For example - mother and father take 2 kids swimming with 2 tickets. The guy rejects the parents and let’s the kids in. Parents had to watch outside the fence. Tried to go in the water park and asked to buy beer - not allowed because after 2 and before 5...left the water park and bought a beer from the restaurant 20metres away and stood outside the water park. Utter madness and when we complained we were told not you need tickets to get into the water park and offered no apology that a 6 year old and 11 year old were left in the water park by themselves. Asked about beer and they said - ‘actually restaurant is not allowed to sell also!!! Complete and utter waste of money - tickets required for everything - in a resort with 24hour security. Feel absolutely ripped off as we spent 15,000 thb for this booking. We will never go back!!!

Service staff is nice to bring us personally to room when we check at night around 8 plus. Some fun activities like atv, sky jump, sky cable car, mini water park-

The stay generally ok. But on 1st night there was a power outage causing no aircons and light for a moment. The staff limitation of English make enquiry difficult.

Suitable for big family. Lot of activities in there.

Room and toilets are very worn out. But the good service (staffs speak very basic English), the inclusive breakfast and the free tickets to their in-house activities sort of make up for it as my young kids enjoyed the activities despite complaining about the condition of the room and toilet. Do now that the extra bed is a very hard mattress placed on the floor.

For kids ,they will enjoy on adventure. Location on hills side ,But for entertain equipment ,not too much Suitable for 1 night stay

The room is big we love them. But service and management is bad

I stayed in the new area, 2 bedrooms type. Love it. Clean and comfy. Except, wifi not working yet.

We booked this place because of the water slides we saw on photos but found on arriving it is a water park and kids leisure resort. Perfect for our 7 and 10 year olds. Apart from the water, the available activities fall into 2 kinds you pay extra for after your complimentary vouchers are used - motor sports (ATV, go karts etc) and cable cars up and down their hill. Enough for a couple of days. It's worth bearing in mind the resort is focused on the local market and the English isn't great and the safety standards concerning kids activities might be lower than you are used to, so you need to make some calls there. We didn't allow the kids to go motoring. This place is near the beautiful national park, but due to a stuff up regarding a rental car we didn't have any transport and the resort doesn't arrange it given their kids activity focus. So unless you have your own wheels or arrange an external taxi/guide you won't get to see Khao Yai. Luckily we got a short tour from a worker after his shift, but it was a favour, not official.
