Vi har netop været på ophold i pinsen 2026. Vi vi indledningsvis sige, at vi overordnet har nydt opholdet og rammerne omkring stedet. Vi vil dog gerne gøre opmærksom på en oplevelse, som trak væsentligt ned i vores samlede vurdering af opholdet. Da der desværre sker et uheld for en gæst mht. afførring i badelandet - herefter lukkes alt ned: reception, spa, badeland og fitness ikke blot for nogle timer, men for badelandets vedkommende for to dage. Det ødelagde vores forventning til at benytte os af stedets faciliteter. Vi håber for kommende gæster, at man ikke lukket alt ned grundet ved uheld i poolen samt at man kan løse det hurtigere fremover. Desuden undrede vi os over, hvorfor fitness blev lukket ned samtidig, så kunne vi heller ikke bruge det. Omgivelserne udenfor området er skønne og personalet i receptionen var venlige. Dejligt med online udtjekning.

There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use could have been even half as much as we were charged, but with no way of disputing this, it has certainly spoilt our stay.

The apartment we stayed in was very nice, beautiful view and cozy. The only thing, I did not like was that the couch blankets ware not freshly washed and there were no washing detergent for the dishwasher or washer some sample packs would have been nice as we had to go to the store just to buy an entire package

Standard holiday houses, the value-for-money is not great. No luxury and the term "resort" may be misleading. The location is however beautiful. Even with the high price you still need to pay extra for bed-linen (or bring your own), make the bed at arrival, remove the linen when you leave, remove all trash etc.
