The property was dated but clean and maintained. Breakfast was excellent. They should have combined the toilet and bathroom facilities. The rooms were very small. Lots of stairs too. I love the fact locks are provided for lockers in Switzerland. No fans but the windows open wide. The hostels need to ban smoking in all areas inside and out. The smoke floated in. Please! It is 2026. Smoking is outdated. The hostel is short walk from the bus to town. No stores close by.

Staff who served breakfast did their best helping guests with their needs. The room we had is musty. The bathroom close to our room is not properly maintained. Its smells urine and even penetrate our room.

Ótimo The room had moldy smell, common bathrooms were clean, staffs were well trained and courteous. Breakfast items were fresh and hardy.

I thought the staff was nice and helpful.. the area is easy to get to and very pretty and safe....take number 19 bus..... but i could not stay there again for 2 reasons...1- the mattress was awful...my back was killing me, its very thin...i brought my own blanket to cover the pillowcase even though they give you clean sheets and im glad they did...2- the shower was soo small i could barely put my clothes on...ive stayed in many hostels and this was good for one night but the mattress was painful and im.glad it was just 1 night.. I was in a room with 4 other females

The late check-in (after 9 PM) was confusing.
For late check-in I was asked for my credit card and my passport data even though Hotels.com advises not to give that data.
The Hostel was filled with loud kids and there were no towels.
