The Hotel is really awful. There isn't even any basic services.

The carpets and luggage room has to be cleaned there is a stretch of sweat

Staff is not friendly or helpful at all, location is fine. Could be more cleaner. I was there may 18 to may 20 2026

Breakfast is adequate for the price paid, staff tries to communicate in English, shops nearby. BUT really feels unsafe... homeless man using our toilet & shower room when we came 2nd night... A homeless person usually don't cause harm-just unfortunate people; BUT this mean that a real bad person could potentially just enter...very UNSAFE place. Receptionist apologized-not really his fault, he said i might not closed the door when we left, BUT definitely not the case because we always check that the door is closed, whether where out or in the room. The next morning the reception said it happened before... I suggested that the management should install security keys in the main reception, and in another door prior to ours, since the building are shared with other offices with common lift, and stairs.

This is a great place to start exploring Prague. Everything is nearby, from shops to attractions. The breakfasts are good, everything is fresh! Room service excellent.I recommend this hotel.
